William Jeffers, CFA

Managing Principal

William Jeffers, CFA, provides financial valuation services to attorneys and corporate clients for use in complex commercial litigation and M&A transactions. Since joining the firm in 2010, Mr. Jeffers has been retained to provide expert witness testimony and expert consulting services in a number of litigation matters adjudicated in the Delaware Court of Chancery and other venues. His analysis has focused on determining the value of securities and measuring economic damages in M&A litigation, shareholder disputes, and contract disputes.

Prior to joining The Griffing Group, Mr. Jeffers worked in a business development capacity at several appraisal companies where he identified the need for valuation services and arranged for the execution of the service. Prior to this, Mr. Jeffers spent 15 years as a commercial banker responsible for providing financing for large and medium-sized companies in various industries, located primarily in the Midwest.
