Michael Book is a Senior Associate at the Griffing Group. Mr. Book provides valuation and damages analyses for purposes of commercial litigation and estate and gift taxation. His litigation experience includes a number of high-profile matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Federal District Courts, and he has valued businesses in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, real estate, financial services, and others.

Prior to joining the Griffing Group, Mr. Book held positions at PitchBook Data and Morningstar.
